Why This Matters

First Mover with Lasting Impact

During COVID-19, I led Walmart to become the first major retailer to accept SNAP EBT for online grocery orders - expanding access for the most vulnerable when they needed it most. The growth in SNAP wallet share was immediate, and has compounded to this day. This one is close to my heart.
